Default Template

A solution was needed to overcome WhatsApp limitation to block the client’s ability to send messages to their end users – 24 hours after the last incoming message.

Sending messages is done by using the pre-approved template messages.

Each client creates and manages a large number of templates, only a handful are used by the agents on the platform, to open a conversation or to replay after the 24-hour limit.

This solution enables each agent to select the preferred default template to be used without the need to search for it.

Chat Filters Redesign

To preserve screen real estate (mainly on mobile view), and to give a better indication for the agents that a filter is active, the filters panel is in a collapsed view by default and has a red indicator dot when a filter is active
